About Us
40 Years of Trusted Craftsmanship in Pittsburgh
Family-owned. Fully licensed. Built on integrity.
Our Story
Built on a Foundation of Trust
1st Choice Building Co. was founded over 40 years ago with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality roofing and remodeling work to the Greater Pittsburgh Area at a fair price. What started as a small local operation has grown into one of the region's most trusted commercial and residential contractors — built entirely on referrals, repeat customers, and a reputation for doing the job right the first time.
We combine time-honored craftsmanship with state-of-the-art materials and technology to consistently deliver the best solutions for protecting and enhancing buildings, homes, and real estate investments. Every project, large or small, receives the same level of care and professionalism.
